We are only able to cancel orders within the first 12 hours after the order is placed. After that the order has most likely been processed and is preparing for shipment or has been shipped. But If it has been shipped, the order also can't be cancelled. Once this takes effect, it's out of our hands. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we pride ourselves on prompt service and this includes getting your orders out as fast as possible.
Returns (if applicable)
If there’s something wrong with your order (defective product, incorrect order, damaged order etc.), please contact us at email@example.com within 7 days from receiving your order and we’ll be happy to assist you reviewing the case and if it is approved we will be sending a replacement. Please do not return anything before we review the case, our customer service team will review the request and will send further instructions. Otouchfun reserves the right to deny any return request.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping charges and 10% restocking fee are not refundable.
Special Offer Terms and Conditions
If you have a faulty product that you bought on special offer, please return it to us and we will be happy to send a replacement.
If you wish to have a refund, you will need to return all your Special Offer items or pay for the outstanding item.
If you wish to keep an item that was received free, we can deduct the cost of it from your refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Shipping & Packing Costs
We have two shipping methods. One is free shipping whose estimated delivery time is 1~2 weeks (the United States / Canada / Australia / United Kingdom / EU Countries) or 2~5 weeks (other countries). And its designated courier is 4PX Express. You could track your order on 17track.net. The other one is express delivery in 3-7 days, which is delivered by DHL and it costs $40. If you cancel your product, we will refund your delivery charge.
